We are an associate office of Carlson Wagonlit Travel located in Toronto , Canada . Established in 1986 as a traditional travel agency, we now specialise as a tour operator to destinations all over the world.

We provide a high level experience not only while on tour but from your initial enquiry to after you have returned home. We want our travellers to experience the diverse countries and cultures our world has to offer.

Our continued growth and success is based on our ability to provide you, the traveller, with a high quality value based trip delivered with exceptional service and integrity.

We travel in three different ways:

1. Custom private tours. Over 55% of our clients travel on custom private tours. The tours are meticulously designed to suit your interests, budgets and timeframe. You have the ultimate flexibility.
2. Small guaranteed group departures. The tours have set guaranteed departure dates, usually have a maximum group size of 16 people and are escorted by a tour leader or a national guide. They offer good value for those who prefer to travel in a small group.
3. Join-in group departures. Those tours offer the best value and are operated by our international partners. You join the group at destination and group members come from English speaking countries around the world. Group size generally vary from 6 to 30. Those join-in groups are available only in select countries.

We maintain a strong and reliable network of local partner operators around the world. They are our ambassadors to you when you are at destination. They understand and operate efficiently within their own local customs and culture. They are critical to our success and are carefully evaluated and selected. We are in constant contact with them, usually meeting them personally at least once a year.

Our staff do travel the world and we have been to 90% of all destinations where we have tour operations.
